The flaming galahs
Originally from Sydney, Monty moved to Western Australia some years ago, where alongside his corporate career he began building his music career, performing across Australia and internationally and writing songs inspired by his adventures along the way.
The Flaming Galahs – Great Australian Songbook is Monty's celebration of Australian music, taking audiences on a fun ride through Australia's musical history, from traditional Australian songs and bush ballads through to some of the country's biggest modern hits.
Monty Cotton and friends take audiences along a cracking Australian musical timeline featuring music from Banjo Paterson, Slim Dusty, John Williamson, Hunters & Collectors, INXS, Vance Joy and many more.
Blending Australian classics, country, folk, rock and contemporary hits with plenty of humour and audience interaction, The Flaming Galahs is a celebration of the songs Australians know and love.
